The Architectural Review Board is responsible for reviewing and approving plans for any exterior changes or additions to the homes in your community. The ARB’s primary purpose is to ensure that any changes or additions are consistent with the community’s overall design and aesthetics. If you plan to do any new landscaping work, change the paint color of your house, change the construction of your fence, install a playset, or any other modification to the appearance of your property, you must submit an Architectural Review Application that describes the proposed project. The ARB will review the application and typically respond within fourteen days, although in some cases response can take up to thirty days.
